Lineart was done in illustrator 10, the rest in Photoshop 7.
Did it during workshop time, I had to shrink it down (forgot why, though).
Just screwin around.
Cool looking pic, is that rain on his shoulders and his hat? Maybe you could desaturate the colours a bit, if he’s standing in bad weather at night.
