Very good.
Some points though.
Wireframe shows the line on the back neck isn’t modelled (from ear to collar).
The highlight is too round, frontal and high compared to reference. A bit bright in the eye socket and middle between lip and nose. Reference runs between upper third of ear to cheek peak, along nostril. Could get some control there with a specular map if adjusting lamps is too finicky / tedious.
The jaw light / contrast is too soft leaving that line under defined. Maybe SSS plays a part there?
Not so big a deal: Ears, skin tone, smaller nostril size with a longer shadow / crease above it.
