Dear friends, I present you with my last animation work scene.
This ox represents a huge popular folk religious party here in Brazil.
As soon as possible, I will post the others characters of this ritual.
Tell me something. Some tips to improve.

Ótimo tema. Parabéns pois está muito bonito e enfatiza as “nossas coisas”.
Actually, I have been working in a documentary, about a huge popular folk party here in Brazil called “Bumba-meu-boi” (something like “Beat-ox-of-mine”). I have a video production company focused in popular cultures. I´m trying to specialise myself in post-production stuff, like motion graphics and FX, and, since 2007, I´m addicted in exploring and studying Blender 3D skills.
In this job, we intend to tell the history about a guy called ‘Seu Teodoro’ through several real-life testimonies. He is responsible for bringing this religious party here to my estate (Brasília, in Brazil), in the 1960´s.
About the movie, I am responding for the grapphics in general, and about the party, it has a lot of graphicall elements to be explored.
Resuming, this party represents a rhapsody divided in 3 acts: the baptism; the death; and the resurrection of the ox. Those acts passes on specific dates and there is a lot of characters envolved.
To accomplish the video graphicall duty, I decided to work with 2D (cenarios and characters) and 3D (cenario spaces and the Ox) elements. To emphasize the animation, due the quantity of elements, I am using the Defocus filter to orientate the espectator. Besides, I tried to experiment using Hair and Cloth (in the Ox) to enhance the presentation.
Here, my first render test:
