How is your project progressing? You have a unique style and I like it a lot.
edit: Just saw your project homepage. Looking good. I hope you’ll finish the short.
Thanks bigbad! I’m glad you like it!
Now days is in a kinda of viability analysis stage.
…9 months or so already were spent and to make it completely it will be need something between 13 to 18 months more of one man (me) continuous (8 to 10 hours day) work and more capable hardware.
stats:
Characters are fully done and ready to shoot;
25% Props done;
40% main scenarios done;
Backgrounds are a epic mess of limitations doe the way I was thinking in doing them (back to the drawing board and rethinking is necessary);
Soundtrack is also a couple of months away, so hearing it will hopefully give me a extra boost of determination
For the moment I’ll continue doing the things that can be done.
I love the colors, but the character’s expression is a bit, what, stale? I don’t know. But overall, awesome image
This is really cute…
what are those particle effects? are they really particles or painted?
@agentmilo:
It is capable of all kind of expressions …but for this poster I was going for something that could came out on a 90ths video game, like Ristar or so.
Thanks!
@Sinosh:
These are painted with Gimp and Mypaint, but final ones will be blender particles and will hopefully look something close to these.
Thanks!
It’s pretty good. I like the colors.
Looks like a Christmas scene , full of shiny things. Or so I’m already imbibed by the Christmas spirit.
I wish…
Nice poster, rogper! I’ve been following your progress on facebook, and that beach house set is looking amazing. You’ve put a lot of work in it, hope you can finish the project soon
Thanks MAR 71 N and sick!
The term “soon” is always dependent on how someone perceives time but I’ll sure work as fast and as good possible to obtain a good overhaul quality.
For me is always Christmas but “Shar” (SHooting stAR) doesn’t grant a wish directly… it just clears the path of the big stones
Finally the secret behind the name was revealed. The secret lies in simplicity:) What is the “secret” of MOGET and NOAM.
Haha…
Did no one else think, “Sonic the Hedgehog?”
lol
Looks really neat, it’s very inspiring! I want to see this done some time soon!
@MAR71N
“Noam” comes from NO ArMs and “Moget” is from MOving tarGET :o
@hackedmind:
Hehe I do am a great admirer of Sonic, it was my first childhood hero …and Still today stands side by side with Bruce Lee in my wall of heroes
Thanks!
Edit: and also thanks for the heads up on the English
