What I want to know is if anyone actually to take part in a animation project.
It will be a really short animation, but a realistic one. About 35 seconds, something reasonable.
The subject, well, I’ve already started on it some, here.
Really, I want it to look like Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children, and other CG movies…
The actions will take part as such:
A character enters the room, picks something up, and leaves.
Main reason I want to do this is I think it would be cool for a short to be made by Blender that equals Maya and such. I am aiming for movie quaility, I suppose.
I don’t want to sound like a noob. What are your thoughts? Do you think this is a realistic goal? Do you think it can be done? Do you think it will be done?
If you are interested, this next part is about what needs to be done and what is already done. If you’re not, then just skip this.
I’m going over what should be done and how it should be orginaized.
I’ll edit this when I’m finished.
I can’t think of anything else that we’ll need. It seems as if I’m missing something.
So, you see, a lot of work, but I think it’s possible.
If this gets anywere, we’ll need some type of file host. Oh, and a render farm. Maybe BURP?
Since this will not be a full fledged movie, I think it’s a realistic enough goal to acheive.
If you’re interested, then could you post what you would like to do?
Remember, we have forever to work on this.
Thanks for looking.
