In my opinion you should really go with something less human if you want a creepy robot. Such as GLaDOS. I’m not saying that you can’t make a humanoid robot creepy, I’m just saying it’s a lot harder.

(because I am bored), if the mass of the female individual is say 120 pounds, and she is spinning at around 2 revolutions a second, and her extended leg length is about 32 inches, (not an unrealistic surmise) would that break your jaw if contact is made and have to require setting of your head in concrete? ( I do so love engineers!).
