This isn’t really a simple request.

you can always help yourself by learning how to do it your self nothing beats this for learning the 2.4 series of blender http://wiki.blender.org/index.php/Doc:2.4/Books/Essential_Blender but if you are pressed for time paying for the model wouldn’t hurt you will get more positive responses.
