Really well done image.
There is a slight problem with her eyes though. Because her eyelids are so high above the iris showing some of the white between eyelid and iris she looks super alert. Not what I usually feel when I go on a relaxed stroll on a nice summer day.
Relaxed position would be just on top of the iris covering it the slightest bit.
Well other than that I think you did an amazing job. I especially like the way you used the clouds to show the motion of the wind

Thank you very much! I definitely agree with your critique and I will definitely remember it the next time I create a character.
