A stupid question: how to change RMB and LMB to select objects?

I can not find this freaking option in Blender 3x
Before it was quite easy but now I am confused

The old blender:

• 2.79: Blender User Preferences → Input → Select with: Left/Right (visible on the left side)

made a little travel tour to:

• {2.[89],3.[01]}: Blender Preferences → Keymap → Preferences → Select with Mouse Button: Left/Right (visible on the right side)

There is no PREFERENCES in Keymap.
