The detail image is fabulous!
The other images are also beautiful, it doesn’t make me particularly crazy about the mattress with the sheets …

Do you have any tips on texturing/shading? That final shot is incredible work.

“Do I have any tips?” It is difficult to answer this question.

It all depends on what materials you use and how you use them.

I use websites such as:

I also create textures for the floor, walls and seats and I use for it Photoshop or sites like:
https://cpetry.github.io/NormalMap-Online/
https://www.smart-page.net/smartnormal/

To get the desired effect like a dusty floor, I play with created or ready textures. I mix a clean wood texture with streaks imitating dirt or wear. When setting the appropriate values and the method of trial and error finally gets the effect that was the desired.

It really is simpler than it may seem.
The easiest way to learn this is to spend one day on one example model and experiment.
