Hello there sake cookie! What an interesting screen name! Welcome to blender artists and please do enjoy your stay! I would not be too concerned about your English, I understood you just fine. Then again, this is probably what happens when you talk to peoples from around the whole world and speak several different dialects yourself. At times, words and thoughts sort of get confusing, no? C’est une raison pour laquelle j’aime l’art ! Ce que vous voyez est ce qui obtenez vous ! Salutations, pix (Oh, and please excuse my French!).
About me:
Hello! I’m Sake cookie, I am 15 years old and I live in france.
I just would like say I’m french and for this reason my English level is ridiculous, so if I write wrong you can tell me and correct this error.
I’m happy to be on this community.
thanks. ^^’
I took you up on that and made a few corrections. I’d just like to note that “for this reason” doesn’t need to go before “my English level is ridiculous”, but it sounds more natural. Other than that, you mostly just had your words in the wrong order, which won’t take long at all to figure out!
Welcome to BA, enjoy your stay! Also, I am learning French in school and in english you say “I am __ years old” not “I have __ years”. But everyone should understand you Bye
Well, nice to meet you. I’d just like to point out, your age error. J’ai quinze ans, is in english, I have 15 years old. In english, we say we are 15. Doesn’t make much since but is like Je suis quinze ans. Also, Adjectives are always after the noun. So old should be after. Pardon, mon français n’est pas tres bon.
Well, crap. That’s a stupid statement. Je suis dans la lune. Adjectives are normally infront of nouns, except in certain cases where the adjective is acting as verbal (verbal yes?) , and than the years are describing it. It’s very confusing and doesn’t make sense but I’m afraid that is the way it is.
