The upload size is restricted to 5MB… (yes this is mentioned elsewhere 
).
Any process of user management is properly shown to the admins… and the crew is not that big in numbers 
as also the supporters 
Also: there are a lot of new users not reading anything reachable from the about-page (Guidelines, Terms of Service).
