Absence of light script

I was just wondering if there was a script that could detect when an object is in the range of a light source, i would like to make it so when the player object is in the light, an enemy will go after him, but when he is in the dark, the enemy will pass by.

The Near sensor? I don’t know what else to say, that is the most basic use as possible of it, just learn what the Near sensor does:
