I get this when I use 3 of my paint shop effects pluginns. The pluins are not related to each other and all other plugins are working fine. I also got this message doing something else but I forgot what I was doing at the time. I installed Xara extreme before the trouble and uninstalled it after the problem, no fix.
windows 7 64 bit
It freezes up the programs and I use task manager to end task.
