Accidentaly activated something: hiding majority of my object

Hi everybody,

I’m new to Blender (following my first tutorial) and I probably pressed some shortcut I shouldn’t have. Now I can only select part of my object. Looks like there is a cube somewhere and all I can select is the intersection between the cube and my object. But I don’t know how to remove this behavior.

Any ideas what I have done?

Thanx a lot!

Press Alt+B

press alt+b

You activated border clipping, which is a really helpful way to isolate parts of a model. Less useful when you don’t know what it’s happening though.

For example, here is a clipped view of the inside of a closet:

easier to see when things are out of the way:

Thanx a lot, really couldn’t even think how to google this problem
