Action actuator for playing animation from rigged meshes?

hiya me again, sorry to be a bother but i have been having a problem with playing animations from bone rigged meshes, as you can see in the picture there is an arm that is away from the revolver. ive tried selecting every possible mesh animation in the actuator and it doesn’t work, the arm should be intertwined with the gun but it doesn’t seem like the animation is being selected

If the problem is that the arm isn’t playing an animation, then check to make sure the armature modifier is at the top of the modifier stack.
