I’m not 100% sure of what you’re asking, but actions and object’s animation in general are not accessible in geometry nodes.
geometry nodes works primarily with mesh data, it’s true that you can access objects data like location/rotation … but it’s more for convenience…
From there you don’t have many options, maybe you can recreate the animation with nodes or you might export your animation as a series of objects, like in a zootrope and use that to play the animation in GN.
Both methods requires an advanced level in nodes to succeed , so you might take some time and reconsider if you really want to go that road !
Maybe an approach like this would suit your needs:
It’s sort of an adaptation of shape keys to geometry nodes to use the same animation multiple times with an offset. In your case instead of randomizing the offset between animations it should map linearly with the controller empty offset
