Action keys limits

Hi I was wondering if having one big animation for each bones (around 30-40 bones)with let say almost 200 keys in their action
would it affect game play
and then having multiplied character with the same animation

how many characters with that could I have without affecting gameplay

I don’t know, but it’s not much information being saved. The bones positions are the only thing that are saved and the vertexes are figured out during render. That’s just one matrix per bone per save.
