Actions in blender

Hello

is there a way to do actions, as in photoshop, in blender 2.81?

recording a sequence of commands to apply to any object simply by executing this action?
but without having to program or create scripts, just recording what you do with the mouse?

I think that can only be archived with scripting. But there is no magic record and play button like in photoshop. I guess a addon can do it.

There is an addon called: macros-recorder . But it needs an update for 2.8.
