Activated rag-doll physics help

How can this be done in the BGE?

say if you have 3 box’s parented to one another, the 3 box’s hit an object and it turns into ragdol effect.

This same way could be like if a character model gets killed by an enemy and it dies, turning into a lifeless ragdol body.

Though I havn’t worked on rag dolls myself, I did find this helpful tutorial a little while back.

If you want your character to become a rag doll when it dies, my guess is that you would simply replace your character’s mesh with a rag doll mesh.

Is that a python script or is it in the sensor’s and actuators for a good result?

You could try using the Edit Object actuator. You’ll probably have to end the character object and then add the rag doll, though the replace mesh option may work depending on how you make the rag doll.
