Add Circle/sphere options

Hi,

When a new circle ( or sphere etc) is added, at the bottom of the tool menu, options come up for the particular mesh added. In the case for a circle, number of Vertices, Radius and Fill type are options available. Once I click to a different view , these options disappear. How do I get back to these options ie, change the fill type or number of vertices, after they have disappeared from the tool menu?
