Add-on won't show up in add-ons list

I want to use this add-on for visual purposes: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VRrgbF16j6s

But it won’t show up after I select the zip file and click “install”.

Ami I doing something wrong? Is there something specific about this add-on that’s preventing me from installing it?

This is an example of bad knowledge and linking to wrong zip… (it’s the source code repository zip not the released addon zip) (I would also never link the zip directly… but the Release page).
Try github Smashing-Tech Smash-Hit-Blender-Tools Releases and select the latest release…

Edit: with bad knowledge i don’ meant you… the YT’er also seems to use it… but to link it this way is just… more than bad…
