Adding a texture to a plane brings up weird lines

Hi, I’m new to blender so I may have the workflow wrong but after watching a tutorial on 2D animation I decided to try it myself.

Anyway a friend thinks it might have been something to do with Premultiply but it shows with that option ticked or not.

Here i’ve taken screenshots:

On different angles or zooms it disappears and reappears and it does show up in a render, any ideas how to get rid of it?

UV map issue. Your uv points or your image are not fully alligned to the clear parts of the UV map. or there are tiny defects of a few not fully transparent pixels at the edge of your image.
