Bart, could you check with the discourse folks if its possible to add a feature to add notes to Bookmarks?
I often bookmark threads that i intend to check up on later, but most of the time i forget why i bookmarked it in the first place 
For instance, if a user gets a warning, i bookmark the thread to go back and see if they adhered to it.
