[ADDON] EWOCprojects presents MeshSymm

We have been busy but now theres this new addon from EWOCprojects!

I suspect symmetry is not the right word for what this does, but the addon allows one to select and construct mesh elements on a settable number of points evenly distributed on a circle around a center point.

Read the extended documentation on the website!

IMPORTANT - The construction options that are implemented are Make Edge/Face, Bevel and Extrude (using the hotkeys: MeshSymm doesnt work when using menu commands…) I release the addon now since its usable but would like to hear from you guys about which other tools/hotkeys you would like to see implemented?

holy shit do you ever stop coding . how the hell do you keep up with the bug’s that inevitably get reported . wait do you ever sleep at all , lol . Go Blender .

I AM NOT HUMAN. I AM OPENSOURCE ROBOT EWOC. MY MISSION : TO CRUSH BUGS!

lol

I, for one, welcome our new robot ewoc overlords.

Any thoughts on converting these tools into built-in C operators?

As much as I enjoy programming in Python, I need a good reason to be programming in C (its ugly) and when writing core code, one needs to understand the code thats already in place, and thats a very cumbersome task…

Also not all of my tools are commonly used enough to warrant translation to core.

I suppose if enough people would be bugging me about wanting an addons features translated to core, I could be persuaded to embark on such a trip… Cause only with enough public backup would these translated features ever make it into Blender trunk!
