[Addon] Multi-Camera Preview and Manager – Visual Camera Board for Blender

Hi everyone,

I’m from HR, and I’d like to introduce Multi-Camera Preview and Manager, a Blender extension I developed to make scenes with many cameras easier to organize and compare visually.

When a project grows, camera names in the Outliner often stop being enough. This add-on turns the cameras in the current scene into a visual board, so you can recognize the right shot from its thumbnail instead of opening cameras one by one.

Switch between cameras and compare them on the visual board

What it does

  • Displays scene cameras as visual cards inside the 3D Viewport.
  • Creates quick viewport thumbnails with Preview All.
  • Creates rendered preview thumbnails with Render All Previews using the active render engine.
  • Lets you compare shots and activate the correct camera directly from the board.
  • Provides live controls for common values such as focal length, shift, height, pitch, and background settings.
  • Supports drag-and-drop ordering and filters for missing, stale, or selected previews.
  • Packs preview images into the .blend file, so they remain with the project.
  • Shows camera-by-camera progress while a preview batch is running.

Edit camera values live from the integrated Inspector

The workflow is intended especially for archviz, product visualization, packshots, catalogs, client presentations, and any scene containing many views.

Generate rendered previews with completed and total camera progress

Important scope

The extension is designed for camera organization and preview comparison. It does not replace Blender’s render engine and it does not create a batch of final production renders.

Rendered previews are processed one camera at a time using Blender’s stable blocking render workflow. The current preview must finish before a stop request can prevent the remaining cameras from starting.

Compatibility

  • Blender 4.5 LTS through Blender 5.2 LTS
  • Cycles and Eevee
  • Blender Extension ZIP installation
  • GNU GPL v3 or later

Launch offer

The regular price is $14.99. It is currently available for $9.99 for a limited time.

I’d be glad to hear how other artists manage large camera sets and which parts of this workflow would be most useful in real production scenes. Feedback and questions are very welcome.
