I’v downloaded ‘object_ezmoffset_xyz’ py (v1.1) file and put it on my addons folder, but it dosn’t show up on user preferences add-ons list.
(the v1.0 on blender 2.78 worked fine btw)
I have uploaded a bugfix to Blendermarket which resolves the issue.
Is the OP of this topic still around to update it?
Bumping this wondering the same? Link on Blender Market is dead.

He removed it so that he could update it when he has time.
Probably because he doesn’t want to be selling a 2.79 version and have everyone wonder why it isn’t working in 2.8
