[Addon] Ucupaint: Tool to manage texture layers for Eevee and Cycles

Interesting.
I have been using CPU bake, never really felt the need to change it. Bake Device set to GPU Compute doesn’t change it.

Maybe some more detail on my systems? Both are on Linux (Fedora) with an AMD CPU. Vulkan/OpenGL backends act the same. I could try on a Windows device. (though it’ll be an Intel CPU)

It’s very consistent for me, even older projects that baked fine before exhibit the issue when opened with Blender 5.2.2.

Yeah, on my Windows device it bakes correctly, both with and without my Blender config.
So, maybe a Linux-specific issue, then?

its amazing! please consider to add that we can also manipulate the vectors of the mapping node

and the feature so we can add a mask on top of another mask.

It is likely. I tried Mac OS and it still also bakes just fine. Maybe try baking without ucupaint and see if it still gives the same result, if so, you can report the bug directly to the Blender developer.

Thank you! The next major update after version 3.0 will be focusing more on custom nodes support, so if something haven’t been implemented in ucupaint natively yet, you can use your own node setup.

Yeah seems like a Blender thing, and specifically the Fedora package version. The executable downloaded from the Blender website itself behaves correctly, which is what I was using before.
In a project where I was baking textures without Ucupaint, the following appeared:

Probably related, but it seems it’s not an Ucupaint issue, thanks!
