Addons There, but not showing up

Good afternoon Blenderheads.

Does anyone know why my Addons are not showing up?
Three screen shots showing ‘all’ my addons which is only the cloud generator,
The addons location, and the error upon trying to install it saying it is already installed.

Thanks in advance.

You have ‘cloud’ in the search field so you’ve filtered out all the other addons

Now I need to find out why LuxRender25 isn’t showing up in Add-ons.
