adjusting B-Bone size in View Window

The bones are working correctly.
I just have a problem with the size they show up in the view window.
The bones are huger in their cross section and overlap each other so you can’t tell what is going on.
Is there a way to adjust the size of b-bones in their X and Z besides scaling?
I don’t want the mesh to scale with the bones.
How do you fix this so the b-bones are a reasonable size in view window please?

THAT WAS IT!!!

I was going nuts trying to find it.
Now it seems the obvious place to have looked.

Thank you very much
