(advanced?) scaling

I want to scale a a circle such that the top-most vertex is at the same level as another circle (or left-most, right-most, or whatever). In other words:

i made this mspaint art just 4u

Is there a way to do this? Thx

Just use snapping to a vertex while scaleing along the each axis separately to get the right position.
Demo for blender 2.5beta but works in blender 2.49 just as well http://www.screencast.com/users/blenderwho/folders/Jing/media/432da43d-7e2e-4e25-af0b-9ea6f768feaf

Oh thanks! Not sure why I didn’t think of that myself.
