Advice about round object to round object Boolean

When I Boolean cylinder object with another cylinder object then problematic mesh is been creating. I make this lighthouse with a half round window. Around window the mesh look flat and not round. I have “fix” topology so no n-gons exist but I cant fix troubled Boolean mesh of round objects like this one which make mesh look flat and problematic. What is the best strategy so this not to happen/to be fixed?

so basically you had disturbed the curvature of a cylinder. notice how the edges are not aling to to other edges near the window. with is causing you the trouble. before applying the boolean see if its going to sync with the mother mesh. aling the curvature of your cylinder and it should fix the flat look issue.

Thanks for answering. So the edges must be parallel and flow around the “window” here right? Applying the Boolean was wrong so i will make it again from the beginning., Thanks for the advices.
