Advice on tying mesh to armature please

G’day blenders

Another newby question that googling didn’t answer. 2.5.3.

I’ve got my wolfs jaws stretching nicely, but can’t work out how to tie the mesh of the lips/lower jaw to the stretching and hinging jaw bones.

Would anyone mind taking a look and advising me of my next step please?
