After importing Animations, mesh is messed up

Hi guys,
I tried to import a (from a .upk converted) psk file recently and it worked seamless more or less (I just had to turn the mesh 180° to fit the bones).

But now I’m trying to also import the animations for this model, but after I imported the .psa file into Blender it is all messed up, the model is rotated weirdly and if I play the animation it just spins around like crazy.

Im not familiar with this format… but i could say that if u go to weight paint, and manually add 1.ooo weight to each and every vertex u see around the character for specific bone that you need.

eg. if u see a vertex going out of the head, add weight paint 1.000 to that vertex selecting the head bone etc…

And editing the weight to the vertexes seems to help in someway, but doesn’t remove it totally.

Also the spinning around is probably linked to a central bone, but I’m not sure how to fix it.
