I would say you didnt create the furiture by yourself. You have more then one lightsource. Flat textures und nobody has
an empty bookshelf.
I’m sorry you feel that MZGarmi, but I don’t understand why you feel the need to criticize this harshly. How would you know I didn’t create the furniture on my own? Also, homes can have to have more than one light source to light the rooms, especially if it’s a big space. Floors and walls have to be flat, and if it’s a rich home, then the shininess on the floor is necessary, same with the walls. Also, the bookshelf isn’t empty, it has books on it. Some people do not have bookshelves that are completely full. And you can’t know for a fact that no one has an empty book shelf.
maybe u can put any accesories on bookshelve bro, move the plan to the corner room, make some crease to curtain so looks not like wallcovering, global light from windows than u put at center room exept no dominant i think
I don`t know what I see on the left part from the first image, is this a hallway?. Overall I miss the attention to detail, the furniture, especially the cushion seem off scale. As MZGarmi said everything is flat, you should use some bump or normal maps. The image of the house outside look like literally glued to the window. And finally the light. It looks like there is some area light one meter underneath the ceiling, emitting a weird blue light, that doesn’t match with the rest of the visible light sources.
I’ld recommend posting it in Work in Progress, to get more feedback on what to improve.
And hey thats just my honest opinion, I don’t mean to offend you with this
If u want that the image looks good u should change the things i said. There is a chance that there are people with empty bookshelfs
but it is not looking good on interior renders. Your render doesnt look like a comfortable place to life in. It looks cold and unnatural
not like a home. It is not harsh its just the truth, learn from it or keep the same mistakes over and over.
It feels a bit too empty for me; Like others said try adding some stuff to the bookshelves (that can add some nice color as well), or try putting some things on the table. The light also feels a bit unnatural; try to reduce this overall lighting you have in the scene, and let the sources come from the lamps and/or outside.
