Hi everyone. This is my creature sculpt, all done in Blender (modeling, sculpting, retopology, rendering). Rendered in blender internal.
Great sculpt! I think it would look even better with some more curvature in the bodyshape, like hips and chest being wider than the waist, and the legs could be a bit thinner with the exception of the thighs, if you get my drift. Obviously this is not a human and you’re free to do exactly what you want, but since it’s a bipedal creature I think it would look slightly more realistic with some more curves.
But all in all great work, keep em’ coming!
The detail in the sculpt is awesome and really makes it interesting! but the form of the torso does seem a little “blocky” and rigid. It could even just be the pose- with the knees locked like that. But overall its a great sculpt with nice texture and detail!
Thanks guys for comments. I will consider your advises in my next works. This sculpt is finished. It has no texture, but only shader with matcap.
