I found this concept art online, and I’m attempting to model it, I’ve only tried modelling off of concept art once before, it turned out terrible, hopefully this one turns out better.
You gotta learn about topology, because if you don’t have a good topology it will be impossible to make it move. CGcookie have some good tutorials about it:
