I watched every alien movie through past 2-3 days, and I decided to create it in Blender

How did you model this? Did you work from screen shots?
As you can see from my latest posting I have just tried to model the Pazuzu statue from The Exorcist working from screen shots using mainly sculpting tools - well just ScuptDraw and Smooth if I’m honest! But I would like to hear how you created your models, and how long did it take?
I’m a huge fan of Alien since childhood and I realy love this model 
Nice details and pose.
Maybe just a little darker so it would look more scary?

How long did it take for you to model (and rig) them? 
Those are awesome. I’m sure it took a long time to do the modeling/sculpting.
