Hello,
Starting with next week I plan to start working on my first addon.I’m not a stranger to python…

This will work in a similar way photoshop aligment works + a multi select for specifying location x,y,z , scale x,y,z and rotation x,y,z using the current location and fitting starting from 1 to n with even space or maybe with log spacing?

So before I start, I need to know what functions you need for alignment

once i finish alignment i will continue with distribution

addon will be free to use for coomercial and non commercial use

…you mean that you can select a bunch of objects all in a mess and the addon will line them all up neatly for you? This is the addon I wanted about 3 weeks ago, but I ended up having to do by hand!
