Aligment of front and side images. Total mess

I want to model (sculpt) 3D-head.
I made quality photos of front and side.
When i try to align them in photoshop, i see strange behavior. Some points are ok, some are on totally different levels. See the picture.

I understand that lens make some perspective distortions, and i’m ready to correct them in PS. But how?

How to obtain perfect alignment of images for 3D modelling?
