Aling Vertices

I’m modeling an airplane, for this case i’m using a wing profile to model the wings. For each profile i use a circle with determinate number of vertices, and then i copy and adapt the circle for every profile. Then i align the profiles and make the mesh, like this:


At this point, i want to make the mesh more “clean” and “equalize” the quads, like this:

But, when i try to align vertices along X or Y axis, the wing profile deforms.
How i can align the vertices without deform the wing profile. ¿Remeshing the wing?
