Alpha Object Rendering in Scene

Is it possible to render a scene with an object which contains a chroma key? Basically, I have a scene with a TV set and I would like to render the image area of the tv set with a chroma key, so when I import into AE or Adobe Prem I can add the video. I could just change the image area to an off color, but would prefer to do it proper.

sure, just set the material for the tv screen to be green (or blue, depending on which Chroma is best for your scene).
