[alt]+[left click] in GNU/Linux (Unity/Gnome3)

So, being a Maya users for years, there’s just no point re-learning the shortcuts and thus I use the Maya-shortcuts in Blender. But as this works really well in Windows there’s of course the issue with [alt]+[left click] being uset to move windows in Unity & Gnome 2/3…

So, how do I disable the system keys in Unity? I tried it in CCSM but unchecking the tick box under ‘move windows’ makes no difference and disabling ‘move windows’, surprisingly enough, that actually disambles moving windows, period, hehe…

So anyone have any ideas?

Hi,

Gnome 2/3 (GnomeShell), hijack the alt key you can change that using gconf-editor.

Here’s more info.
