Right now, i am having alot of trouble getting lighting good. Is it possible to have everything in a uniform light? I tried the AmbR,G, and B, but that just looks like a transperent white sheet over everything.
How could i do this?

If you bake your lightmaps, or do flat out raytracing you should be able to use AO to make the lighting more realistic and to light up areas in shadow. Also, you can use the hemi light. The hemi(sphere) light is essentially a directional lamp but hemispherical. This does not, and CANNOT cast shadows through buffer or ray. These are a couple of good methods for baked (uvmapped) lighting. Hope I was a help!
