an UV mapping question. Is it possible to unwrap several views of the same model?

okay what I would like to know is if you can unwrap several views of the same model?

say for instance a front view, back view, top view etcetera.

Think of Autodesk inventor views and thats what I am getting at.

You can create multiple sets of UV coordinates. In the object data settings just press the + icon in the UVs panel.

Don’t assume everyone uses Inventor and knows what this means. You need to assume other users know nothing so you should learn to explain clearly and concisely what you mean.

can I display them all in the same image?

no but you can use them all to texture paint your model ( make a new image with a new set of coords, which is a combined version of whatever images your other coords are mapped to ) then delete the other channels unless you have further need of them.
