Ani-aliasing? Does blender support it?

IS there a way to set the blender internal render to have Ani-Aliasing? Not sure if thats how you spell it, I can’t find anything anywhere about it.

If you don’t know what I mean, its when I render the lines of the models to the background are jagged and stand out. Ani-Aliasing is when the engine blends it in so it looks good.
