How to Animate all of the Toggle Visible and render in one time ?

Toggle show / no show or render / no render icon, hover the mouse curser over it then hit [I] key to insert key frame. If it is key framed properly, you will see yellow circle around the icon. This is one at a time method.
For all at once there are number of ways, and it depends what you want to do. Simplest way is to just flip layers.
