I remember a feature where you can place pics in succetion to animate, but I can’t seem to find how or where any tutorials on how you do this are.
You can assemble sequence of images into a video clip in Video Sequence Editor. You can get it under Video Editing screen layout. Menu select Add > Image, then box select all of the image files.
The images can be png or jpg.
Their file name must be sequenced from 0001 up for Blender to know that it is a sequence.
The frame rate in which video is made into strip is set under Render button.
Ok, I did this, but only the first frame apears when I hit render animation
