Animating an arrow to a path

I have a situation where I am attempting to illustrate how a object rotates using an arrow that animated around a circle (see attachment). Any thoughts on how to best handle this? Thanks.

I see how that works for a particle path, but how does it work for an arrow that grows as it follows the circle around?

If by Grows you mean ‘gets longer’ then just set the Normal (or whatever you use under Velocity) value to zero and the Life to the same value (or higher) than the End value. That way the emitted particles will stay where they are emitted as the arrowhead moves and they will stay alive for the duration of the anim.
