Animating in GE

I’ve been working on a game for quite a while and everything’s been going just peachy. Now, I’m trying to have an object preform an animation I gave it by pressing a number key. As far as I’m concerned, I’ve been preforming the same actions as always to do so. Adding a keyboard sensor, an AND controller and a Shape Action actuator. I set the frames to match the ones which the object is moving and link them all. Usually this would work but when I test it in GE, the object doesn’t move. I’m sure, since the 2.5 update, things have changed but I can’t seem to figure out what it is. Some help would be wonderful!
